David Bailey

David Bailey has focused his practice in the area of civil litigation since graduating from law school in 1999.  Most of David’s practice is devoted to commercial litigation in which he assists clients in the resolution of business-related disputes.  In addition, David has extensive experience representing investors in securities litigation.  Finally, David provides both litigation support and advisory services to local governmental units as part of the firm’s municipal law section.
