Patrick Proctor

Patrick Proctor graduated from the University of Kansas in 1990, and received his law degree from Ohio Northern University in 1993. His practice focuses on the areas of employment litigation, labor law, employee benefits, municipal law, and civil litigation. He is admitted to practice before all Indiana State and federal courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Proctor has given numerous presentations to a diverse range of groups predominately on issues concerning employment and labor law. Mr. Proctor has spoken to Human Resource Managers, Property Managers, Home Owners Associations, Labor Unions, Individual Workers, and Unemployed Workers. He also taught courses on Jurisprudence and Employment & Labor Law for the American Institute of Paralegal Studies.
